What induces an artist to keep his or her work under tight wraps? As for Fred Kreeger, this is possibly owing to sheer obsession with perfection. The musician, who comes from near Salzburg, has set his sight on finding the analogue truth, the sincerity of sound and impact of electronic club music. This is expressed on his debut album “Für Wahr” in a magically emotional manner. Analogue 4-to-the-floor kicks amidst drab techno, subtle layers and house music bordering on pop music.
